Ava's 4K Meet and Greet

We took Ava to 4K "Meet Your Teacher" today.  She was so excited to meet Mrs. Greenfield and drop off her school supplies.  She was very brave and walked right in and never looked back.  (Even though mom and dad followed her throughout the room!) She can't wait to start her first official day on Thursday!
(And she gets to ride the bus!)

John Deere Days!

It's no surprise that Ryan loves tractors (his 2nd Birthday theme is going to be John Deere....look for it next week!) Check out the new tractor the Grandma and Grandpa Sheridan found for him at a rummage sale!  He loves it.  He makes Uncle Joe push him around the driveway because he is still too little to reach the pedals... don't worry... he will grow into it!

So when Papa Sheridan invited us to the John Deere 100th celebration we jumped at the chance!  We made the decision to skip the parade which turned out to be the best idea yet.  While everyone else went to the parade route, we were able to play all the games (Ava won!!!  See her prize... the blue fish!) and go in all the bounce houses without a wait!  We also were the first in the food line and then were able to watch the parade on the big screens while we ate in the shade!  We had a super great time... thanks Papa!

Ryan enjoying his ice cream treat!!!  (HE WAS A MESS!!!)

Ava's air brushed tatoo!!  The Little Mermaid!  (Her favorite!)
Her prize for winning one of the games!
Aunt Andrea (and Jason) were there too!
Look for these visors as the party favors for Ryan's party!  Thank you John Deere!

Boating and Fishing!

Ava and Ryan had a great time (well, Ryan didn't care for his life jacket) boating and fishing in the Pike Lake Fisheree last weekend.  Ava and Ryan both won prizes! (Thanks to Great Aunt Monica)
FISHING POLES!
Ava caught a really nice 7in perch ALL BY HERSELF!  She was very proud, and so was her mom and dad!  (Sorry...no picture of the actual fish... mom was too excited and forgot to pull out the camera!)

The Alto Fair 2011!

Off to the Alto Fair!

The Rides!!!
Although Ava really wanted to go on the Go Gator again this year... (click here to see years past!) we decided against it!  It always seems like a great idea when we are watching other kids, but when she gets on it, she rethinks her decision!

Ryan LOVES the tractors!
Heading off to his first tractor pull!  He was in heaven!
So close to REAL tractors!

Petting the animals!  Both loved to pet the bunnies... too bad we couldn't take one home... hint, hint Dad!
We had a great time at the Alto Fair (as usual!!!).
Counting down the days until 2012!

Good Bye Monroe... We miss you already!

Well its official... were homeless!  We said good bye to Monroe almost 2 weeks ago.  (We are still waiting to sell our house, so we are not "officially" homeless... but we are living with my parents in order to start getting ready for the new school year and to get our classrooms in order.  If it doesn't sell soon, we can consider it our vacation home!)  :)  Saying good bye was hard... I cried of course... I didn't want to leave our friends (The Wellmans and so many more), my AWESOME coworkers (see above picture), neighbors (We love Larry and Glenda--and Scooter) or our house.  I have realized that although we are so happy about moving closer to family, we missed a pretty important part.  Monroe has become a family to us!  This is where we started our family, started our teaching careers, bought our first home, made life long friends!  We are leaving a part of us in Monroe... a big part (and until we sell our house... a big chuck of change!) but we know that we can always come back and be welcomed with open arms.  We feel so blessed to have each and everyone of you (you know who you are) in our lives and you can expect the entire Bille family to be on your door step in the near future... especially for Cheese Days!!!  :)  LOVE YOU MONORE!  We miss you already!

Happy Mother's Day!?!?!

Kyle and the kids made this for me this year on Mother's Day.  I was just going through old emails and found it.  I thought I should post it in honor of our 7 year anniversary this October.  With all the changes going on in our life lately (yes, we are officially moved in with my parents--and it is actually going pretty good! --For now!!)   :) I thought I should post this to remind ourselves about what makes us truly happy in life.
 OUR FAMILY!
Love is all you need!!!

Ava's Trip to the Dentist!

Mom made a big boo-boo.  Last year for her first check up I of course took pictures.  When I got home I realized that the memory card wasn't in the camera and all the pictures were on the cameras internal memory.  (The worst of it... I couldn't find the cord to download them so they are forever saved on the camera...with no way of showing them to the world)  The good news... I brought my camera along this year to reenact the big event.  (Now she has to start going every six months-but I promise not to bring the camera anymore... unless I am taking Ryan's first dentist pictures!)

Happy 60th Wedding Anniversary!

We love you Great Grandma and Great Grandpa!!!
