Grace Survived The Dentist!
This brave girl arrived 3 trips to the dentist in 1 month and is officially cavity free again! Public service announcement.....be sure to floss your kids teeth....even if they are only 4! Oops! Expensive Lesson Learned!

Happy 38th Birthday, Kyle!
It sure was a memorable 38th birthday for Kyle today! Another 3 to 6 inches of snow on top of the nearly foot of snow we got over the weekend! It's pretty unusual to have a snowy April 18th birthday!

Ryan's First Communion
First Communion was canceled but long story short, they still had mass. Two First Communicants still showed up for mass, so Father John decided that they could still have First Communion! So Ryan did receive First Communion today! What a day! What a story!

Turkey Mentor Hunt
Grandpa Sheridan and Uncle Jason took Ava out as part of the mentor hunt. Even though they were disappointed not to get a turkey, Ava made lots of memories with her grandpa and uncle and that's one of the main reasons why she wanted to do this. Both Grandpa and Jason said it was the coldest turkey hunt they've ever been a part of. Maybe the cold kept the turkeys away? It's certainly not anything I ever imagined, but so happy she is enjoying herself. And she's already said she's going to go next weekend for the youth hunt!

I like to think that someday I will be able to show them this picture to prove that I allowed them to have fun in messy ways. Being creative with ways to entertain themselves is supposed to build character, right? And to be fair they did clean it up on their own!
