Gingerbread Building!
Today Grandpa Bille got to come to 4K with Ava. Ava's class was going to be decorating gingerbread houses and each student could invite one special helper to come to class. Ava and Grandpa made this beautiful (and delicious) creation!

We will have to take a few more now that it is set up but this tree is HUGE!

We brought Ryan's crib home from Monroe and set it up as a toddler bed at Grandma and Grandpa Bille's. He got to help daddy put it together and might be a bigger fan of using the tools then actually sleeping in it! So far he loves it (just not at night time!) :)

What A Way to Spend Your Birthday!!!
As part of a Trenton School Fundraiser (my new school) I volunteered to be Scoopie for the night. At the time I agreed, the date of the event was still undecided. I was delighted to find out that they ended up picking Nov. 7th... MY 32nd BIRTHDAY!!! I mean usually birthdays come and go, without too much fan fair....this year, will be VERY memorable to say the least!! And I loved every minute of it!! I truly feel like I may have a second calling if this teaching thing doesn't work out! :) Ava and Ryan were a tad shocked at first. (Ava was prepared, so she handled it fairly well... Ryan.. didn't know what to think of my costume at first. Eventually he started to feel a tad more comfortable, and by the end of the night, he even posed for this picture!) But we wont mention the part where he kept using "Momma" and "Ice Cream" in the same breath for the two weeks following the incident! He may still be mentioning it on HIS 32nd birthday! Again... this was not something I ever thought I would be doing, let alone on my birthday, but how many other people get to have such a memorable day!!!
