My First Baby Friend

I made my first baby friend this weekend. She is my second cousin, Sarah Robbe. She is 6 months older then me, so I get all of her hand-me-downs! I can't wait until I am a little bit bigger so I can play with her!

Baptism

On Sunday I was baptized! I slept through the entire thing and was the best behaved baby there! And then there was a party for me at Grandma and Grandpa Sheridan's house. But the storm blew out the power, so we had to party in the dark! I still had a lot of fun meeting my great aunts and uncles and second cousins!

Mother's Day/Father's Day 2007

What a difference a month makes! I was born 5 days after Mother's Day, so I was still in my mom's tummy a month ago. But for Father's Day, I was already 4 weeks old! And look at how big I am!!!


Tomorrow I get baptized at St. Peter's in Slinger (the church where my mom and dad got married) They are hoping that I am really well behaved.
(I keep telling them....I am always an angel!)

My First Day of School!

Today was my first day of Kindergarten. Well... I did go to kindergarten, but only to visit my mom's student's. They got to watch me grow for the entire 9 months I was in her tummy. They were very excited to meet me, and see my mom. They even gave me a teddy bear that they stuffed themselves!

My Swing!

This weekend my dad got me a present... a new swing! Apparently I don't like to be away from my mom or dad for too long, so he thought this would help. He was right! Sort of... I like it, even though you wouldn't know it from these pictures!

My First Doctors Appointment!

Today I met Dr. Frey for the first time! He told me I look great! I am back up to my birth weight and am healthy and happy! (Mom and Dad thought I would weigh over 9 lbs with all that I have been eating!)

My First Walk....Almost!

Today I got to go for my first walk to the park. We got about half way there and it started to rain. But I enjoyed the little ride that I did get. That makes my mom happy... she can't wait to spend the summer cruising the sidewalks of Monroe with me!

I am 1 Week Old!

Ava got her first teddy bear from her Grandpa and Grandma Bille. Every week we are going to take her picture next to it so we all can watch her grow. The way this little girl is eating, she will be bigger then her teddy in no time!

Our First Night!

We survived our first night. Not much sleep was had by any of us, but we have plenty of time today for naps. Kyle and I are just so excited to have our little girl home. Ava also got her first bath today! So many firsts... we can't wait to introduce you all to her. Although we wont be traveling very much for awhile, please feel free to come and visit Monroe... and the cute little Ava!

Baby Ava Had A Different Idea!!!

The waiting is over! On Friday morning, I drove myself to the clinic/hospital (Kyle had already left for school, but I called him right away, and he made it in plenty of time) and had a C-Section (it was quite unexpected but everything turned out for the best!) And Kyle and I welcomed little AVA ROSE. She was 7lbs. 6oz. and 21 inches long... and we may be bias, but she is the cutest little girl on the block!!! Here are a few of the first pictures.

More Waiting...

Well the good news is my Blood Pressure has gone down.... the bad news is... that means more waiting. We have another check up on Monday morning and depending on how that goes we will be scheduling the induction/c-section for Thursday (the 24th) or Friday (the 25th). So the end is in sight. And we can always hope that the little squirt decides to make an appearance on his or her own before that!

Upcoming Attractions!!

Well it looks like Baby Bille will be here sooner then we thought. With my high blood pressure, Dr. Turek wants to induce or a possible C-Section later this week. We have an appointment on Monday, May 14th, and we will see where that takes us! Good news is Baby Bille is doing EXCELLENT!!!! Yesterday we had another ultrasound and found out he or she is about 7lbs 1 oz. already and has a cute button nose and even a little hair!!!! We can't wait to meet him (or her)... it will only be a matter of days now!

We Were Storked!!!

On May 1st we woke up to a flock of Flamingos and a yard full of signs asking everyones favorite question.... GIRL? Or BOY??

It was the perfect decoration for the shower that the Parkside Teachers threw Baby Bille later that day!
