Ball Players in Training!

The whole family went out for an impromptu game of baseball last night.  With all this training, I am expecting both to make it to the big leagues!

 

Happy 31st birthday to Uncle Joe on Monday, the 13th! (sorry no pictures of the event)

Our Little Fish!

Ava had her swimming lessons this year at McCune Beach in Waupun. (Waupun just passed a vote to build a brand new, state of the art, swimming pool--so hopefully both Ava and Ryan will be able to enjoy it in 2013 or 2014!!!)  She did great this year and passed into the next level!

Gorgeous Day!

We needed to get out and enjoy the beautiful day today!  So we headed over to Holy Hill to climb the tower.  Ava and Ryan made it ALL 178 steps up by themselves!!!  They loved the view!  If you look closely, you can even see the Milwaukee skyline!!!  Then we came home for a picnic and cookies for desert!  What an AWESOME day!

Annual Trip to the Zoo!

We took our annual trip to the Madison Zoo on Friday with Joah and his mom Toni!  We had a great time as usual, and saw ALL of the animals!  They all were out and about (even the polar bear, black bear and badger!!!)  What a great day!

We LOVE our Monroe Friends!

We sure do miss these guys!  We have some AWESOME friends in Monroe! Wish we could see them more often, but so happy for the times we do get to share! 

Ava is in heaven in this bottom picture.  The girls got their own table, and she was feeling so grown up!

Pirates are taking over MONROE!

We went down to visit our good friends The Wellmans, The Bruntons and The Anderson's last night.  We tried to hit up the Concert on the Square but it was canceled due to the rain.  SO... instead we checked out the pirates all around the square.  (You may remember last summer they had zoo animals carved by a local wood carver/artist.  This year, they have pirates!  Cool!

Alto Fair 2012

As usual, the Alto Fair was one of our highlights this summer.  We love everything about it...

 This is Ava's horse friend "Peach".  Ava loved her... especially because they share the same birthday!  Hopefully we can visit again next year with Peach at the 2013 Alto Fair!

 The FAMOUS "Go-Gator"!  Ava finally faced her fears and actually enjoyed the Go-Gator this year.... Ryan, not so much.  This was taken right before it started and before he started bawling!!!  I think we finally learned our lesson....
NO GO-GATOR UNTIL YOU ARE 5 YEARS OLD!!!!

New Family Tradition?

For Grandpa's birthday yesterday we all went out to Tony's Pizza and then BOWLING!!!  This was Ryan's first time and only the second or third for Ava.  We LOVED it!  We also liked spending the time with all of our favorite people!  Hopefully this is the start of a Bille Family Tradition to celebrate Grandpa's birthday!
