Each night, Ryan and I read a chapter from the Junie B. series. Yesterday, I had a late meeting and didn't get home in time to read with him. But when I came up to see if I could tuck them in, I found this! Big sister Ava filled in for me.  So sweet!

Grace was playing dress up and came into the kitchen dressed like this.  I think I have a new idea for Halloween next year! Inside Out!

We have been having an extremely strange warm spell this past week. Last weekend it was in the 60's!  Ryan takes any opportunity to get out and play some ball.  Here he is right after church on Sunday with his church clothes and rain boots! He insisted mom pitch to him.  Too bad for him, mom was throwing strikes!

Valentines Day 2017

Each day in February, I have been putting a heart on the kids door with something I love about them.  We woke up one morning with a heart on our bedroom door from Ava! How sweet is she!?!?

Well, we were rookies this year in the Pinewood Derby race . Ryan and his car did a good job  but we will be better prepared for next year!  His car lost the first Heat, won the second Heat and lost the third heat in a close one!  It was quite the experience.

Remember when Ava won those tickets to the Packer game?  It was due to her involvement in the Fuel Up To Play 60 program.  She is a team captain for the 4th grade and all the team captains in the school came together to film this video that they are submitting to a FUTP60 contest!  So cute.... and Ava even has a "solo"!

Happy New Year-- 2017!

We had a great New Years Eve! We started with our traditional  fondue dinner! The kids just love it!  Then  we had family game night,  before heading to a party at a friend's house.  We were able to make it home just before the New York ball drop,  so we got to celebrate  at home too.  Everyone was in bed by 11:30!  A perfect way  to spend the New Year's with family!
